I am Marco, working in the field of Recruitment since 2011. Passion, solid business understanding and a highly service-oriented working style brought me to where I am right now: A freelance recruitment consultant for start-ups, corporates and everything in between.
I enable companies and people to grow, by connecting them at the right moment. This requires to understand the needs and expectations of both sides and how these two worlds can be combined most effectively.
My passion besides Sales and Key Account Management is the IT, where Backend meets Frontend, Design starts with a UX Research and the Product Owner knows his backlog by heart.
